User Management
From the Settings link, users can view their purchase history or update their user profile settings.
Purchase History
The View Purchase History feature is accessed from the Manage Account screen. Users can view and search on purchase date, order ID, or cost.
- Click the Settings button.
- Select Manage Account.
- Click View Purchase History.
Change/View Account Profile
Users are able to view and edit their account profile including their name, address, email, and phone number using the Settings button.
NOTE: Admin users for an account can only view and update their own profiles and not the profiles of other users on the account.
View Account Profile
- Click the Settings button.
- Click Account Details.
- Click Account Details.
- Click Account Profile.
- Click Edit Profile.
- In the Basic Information section, click the Edit link.
- Update the field(s) and click Save.
Upload or Change Profile Image
- Click the Settings button.
- Click Manage Account.
- Hover over the image on the top left until you see the words, Upload Image.
- Click Upload Image.
- Click Browse and navigate to the image location.
- Click Upload.
- Click Close.
