Enhanced Screening

D&B OnBoard's Enhanced Screening is powered by RDC (Regulatory DataCorp, Inc.) and their Global Regulator Information Database (GRID™). RDC provides Onboard users access to 19 million + records , updated daily on known or suspected corrupt private and public sector figures, fraudsters, illicit financiers, money launderers, organised crime groups, terrorist organisations , PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons), and dozens of other risk relevant categories of persons and organisations .

The GRID consolidates hundreds of regulatory and disciplinary authority and government lists from around the world. The GRID provides:

  • A Web-based research tool for instant information on an individual or organisation.
  • Real-time, immediate screening results, downloadable in PDF format.
  • Access to search against:
    • Watch lists (400+ global sanctions and watch lists).
    • PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) (and their families and associates)).
    • Global Adverse Media (terrorists, fraudsters, money launderers and others identified from over 15,000 individual media sources).

Searching With Enhanced Screening

Both D&B and RDC have worked closely together to ensure that the workflow and integration of the search and content capabilities enable you to quickly identify, verify, and screen entities within D&B OnBoard.

You can conduct a search either directly or from within a Compliance Report (where the business and director details are pre-populated).

You can access enhanced screening by clicking on Enhanced Screening in the blue bar along the top of the page. Enter search terms in the Name field and then click the Search icon.

Make a selection by clicking on an Entity ID in the search results.

Using Enhanced Screening From the Compliance and Business Report

RDC (Regulatory DataCorp, Inc.) search is embedded into the Compliance and Business Reports. Principal details and company name, and trading style are pre-populated for ease of use. When you use enhanced screening from within a report, you can use the pre-populated drop-down list in the Name field to narrow the results.

Clicking search will retrieve information associated with that record. In most cases, no matches are found.

This result can be saved with your compliance report, created as a PDF, or saved as a snapshot to store in your archive. You can review up to five entities in one report.

Additional Options Using the Enhanced Screening Search

A series of actions are available for you to save to PDF or to take snapshot information for evidence capture. These include:
