Sign-In For New Users

If you haven't registered yet, you will need to register before starting your trial period. Access the D&B Business Solutions app via Microsoft Excel and then sign in.

1. On the Excel Insert tab, click on Apps for Office.
2. Click Add.
3. Click Trust It.
4. D&B Business Solutions opens in Excel.
5. On the Welcome page, click Sign in.
6. Enter your Username and Password. The Username is the email address you entered when you registered. The password is the password you created when you registered.
7. Optionally, click Remember Me to eliminate future sign in steps.
8. Click Sign In.

Sign-In For Existing Customers

Access D&B Solutions right from Excel in just a few clicks.

1. On the Excel Insert tab, click on Apps for Office.
2. Click My Apps.
3. Select Business Solutions.
4. On the Welcome page, click Sign in.
5. Enter your Username and Password. The Username is the email address you entered when you registered. The password is the password you created when you registered.
6. Optionally, click Remember Me to eliminate future sign in steps.
7. Click Sign In.

Recovering Lost Password

If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password on the Sign In page. Enter your email address and an email will be sent with instructions on how to change your password.

NOTE: Your email address is case sensitive.

Recovering a Lost Username and Password

If you do not recall either the Username or Password, contact the D&B Customer Support team.

Logging Out

To log out of D&B Business Solutions, click the Options button and then click Logout.
