Watch List Report

This report shows which users have which suppliers on their watchlists and, if the supplier is also on the supply base. Each report is available for the last day of the month previous to the month in which it is viewed. Reports are available for the last previous months.

Coverage Report

This report shows if suppliers on the supply base are on a user's watchlist(s) and, if the user(s) has an alerts profile assigned to the watchlist folder(s) in which it is included. If an alert profile is not assigned to a Private Folder, the suppliers on that folder will not be monitored. Each report is available for the last day of the month previous to the day in which is it viewed. It is also available for the last six months and will Reports are available for the last previous months.

User Reports

This report provides a list of the users as of a specified date and if SRMgr has been logged into at least once. Reports are available for the last day of the month previous to the day the information is being reviewed. They are also available for the last six months prior to the date the reports are being reviewed.

Usage Reports

This report determines how many times a user has logged on and the average and total time as of that time period (time listed is in days, hours, and minutes). Reports are available for the time frame entered.

Performance Evaluation

This report shows lists users that have not completed their performance evaluation reviews for suppliers in their Private folders, with alerts profiles assigned, within a selected time frame. The purpose of this report is to ensure that users complete evaluations on their suppliers. Reports are available if the user has the Receive Performance Evaluations check box checked on the user profile.

Monitored Auto Trade-up Summary

This reports shows the D-U-N-S Numbers on any Private folders with alerts profiles have changed from Branch location to a Headquarters (HQ). The users can monitor those suppliers for indicators configured on the HQ profile. The administrator can select the time frame for the report. The purpose of this report is to help the organization know why a D-U-N-S Number may have changed and, if applicable, allow the organization to update internal source systems with the new D-U-N-S number replacing the one associated with the Supplier ID assigned. This only applies when a Supplier ID was provided at the time the Vendor Master was uploaded to the system.

Assessment Report

This report allows the administrator to trace which assessments need to be completed by specific supplier contacts, by a specific type, or by status (completed or pending), and within a specified time frame. It is available to organizations with the Assessments module add-on.

Locator Usage Report

This report displays the number of times a user logged into the Locator module, whether the user downloaded or searched, and how many records were included in the transaction. Reports are available for the time frame entered.

Live Usage Report

This report reports on the number of successful live reports that were pulled by an individual user. It includes the type of report that was pulled, upon which supplier it was pulled, in which country that supplier resides, the date of pull, user name, and Supplier D-U-N-S Number. Reports are available for a specified time.
