Recovering Your Password
If you cannot remember your password, you can use the hint that you created when you first logged in to create a new password and access the system. The system allows for a number of incorrect password attempts per User ID before the account is suspended. Use the following process to reset a lost password:
- From the Login page, click the I Forgot link above the Password field.
- Click the Forgot Password? tab.
- Enter the User ID.
- Type in the answer to the required password hint question you set up when first logging in. The answer must match your original entry exactly and is case sensitive.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the new password by typing it a second time.
Recovering Lost User ID
If you have forgotten your Login User ID, follow these easy steps from the login page:
- Click Forgot link above the User ID field.
- Click Forgot user id.
- Enter email address. .
- Click Continue.
If the email matches the email on the user account, the user oi will be sent to the user in an email (this email will not include the password).
Recovering User ID and Password
If you do not recall either the User ID or Password, contact your internal administrator or the D&B Customer Support team for your global location. Make sure to provide your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
