Managing Profile Rules

Establishing criteria for a given profile alert is based on the threshold settings and event indicators. Alert Profile rules are either set to a default Significant Risk or a Standard. A user can also add rules to a profile.

Significant Risk Alert Profile is applied to all companies added to portfolio. The Alert trigger rules set in Significant Risk Alert Profile are as follows:
  • Failure Risk level goes to High
  • Bankruptcy/Insolvency
  • Serious Detrimental Event
  • Out of Business/Unable to Confirm
  • Severe Risks
Standard Alert Profile is made available to use a broader set of alert rules. The Alert trigger rules set in the Standard Alert Profile are as follows:
  • Delinquency Risk Level changes Positively (OR)
  • Delinquency Risk Level changes Negatively (OR)
  • Failure Risk Level changes Positively (OR)
  • Failure Risk Level changes Negatively (OR)
  • Delinquency Risk Level Deteriorates Below Moderate (OR)
  • Failure Risk Level Deteriorates Below Moderate (OR)
  • PAYDEX goes above 80 (OR)
  • PAYDEX goes below 50 (OR)
  • PAYDEX increases by 10 (OR)
  • PAYDEX decreases by 10

    • Bankruptcy/Insolvency
    • Business Structure/Ownership Change
    • Financial Event
    • Legal Suits and Judgments
    • Liens
    • Out of Business/Unable to Confirm
    • Serious Detrimental Event
