Welcome to eRAM (Enterprise Risk Assessment Manager) Online Help

Dun & Bradstreet’s eRAM delivers global operational efficiencies to help drive growth through data integration — increasing the consistency, collaboration and visibility your finance organization needs to manage credit and maximize working capital. eRAM is a global portfolio management and automated credit decisioning tool that provides your organization with a quick and thorough way to manage hidden risks and opportunities across the enterprise. eRAM will support operations in several countries, providing the ability to integrate, customize, and share information across the enterprise easily and consistently.

Logging in to the Product

To log in to eRAM:

  1. Go to your organization's unique login page.

  1. Type your User ID and Password in the corresponding text boxes.
  2. Select a Database if your organization has multiple Databases.
  3. Click Login.

NOTE: First time users will be required to change the password.

First Time Login

You will need to setup your password first. To setup your password:

  1. Open the email with the ‘Subject: Welcome to eRAM’ you received from D&B.
  2. Take note of the User ID and temporary password.
  3. Log in using these credentials. The screen to change your password displays.
  4. Enter your desired password and confirm in the corresponding text boxes.

  1. Click Create Password.

NOTE: Your Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include 3 character types: Lower Case, Upper Case, Numbers, Special Characters.

Once you have setup the password, you will be taken to the login screen where you can use the given User ID and newly setup password to login.

NOTE: To recover a lost password or change an existing password, please contact your eRAM administrator or visit http://support.dnb.com, enter details, and select “eRAM” as the product.

Logging Out of the Product

To log out of your account:

  1. Click
  2. Click Log Out. The login screen displays.
