User Ratios

The User Ratios page helps either define new user ratios or view the read-only D&B ratios that appear on the Financial Statement screens.

New Ratios can be created by using a combination of Database Fields, Operators, and Suggested Values. To create a new ratio:

1. Select +New.
2. Enter a name for the ratio in “Expression Description.”
3. Create the new expression using “Database Fields” and “Operators.”
4. Select “Add to Expression” to add the fields and operators (or click “Clear Choices” if you wish to clear the selection).
5. Click the “SQL (Select SQL to edit)” button to add values to your expression.
6. Select “Calculate Minimum, Maximum and Average” to calculate the highest, lowest and average user ratio you have defined.
7. Click Save.
