Added more troubleshooting capabilities to help resolve common issues that occur within the environment. If an error occurs, a pop-up window displays. A listing of status and any errors that may have occurred can be found in the Settings, Troubleshooting tab. This troubleshooting screen will also pop up when an error occurs. Listed statuses help identify and resolve common issues that occur within the environment.

Click on any wrench icons that display in the status column to run a diagnostic. If you are unable to resolve any issue on your own, please contact your administrator.
