Service Additions and Changes

The following additions were implemented to the D&B Direct 2.0 API:

As part of WWN Release Train1, , Dun & Bradstreet will be enhancing the content in Belgium, France (and the associated dominion markets), Italy, and Spain.

The following business data elements will be enhanced to provide improved information:

• Financial Statement

• Legal Events

• Legal Form

• Operating Status

• Principals Position

• Commercial Credit Score Commentary

• Financial Stress Score Commentary

Some of these updates are the result of Company and Corporate Law changes.

For France and the associated dominion markets only (namely French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion Island) in line with the local market legislation, we will no longer provide financial statements for companies where these are marked Fully Confidential. Companies in these markets can also report Partially Confidential financial statements. In this case, the financial statement will continue to be available but without the associated Profit and Loss elements and any associated P&L derived ratios.
