Service Changes/Additions
The following changes were implemented to the (Undefined variable: DNBVariableSet.D&BDirect) 2.0 API:

| Monitoring Service | 4.0 | SOAP/REST | Change Notices will now be triggered by mergers and acquisitions resulting in changes to the Transferred D-U-N-S Number field, indicating that the event caused the original D-U-N-S Number to no longer be valid. |
