Inserting Records
During a batch job, D&B Integration Manager automatically inserts customer records into the Common Customer Directory based on the Insert parameters set in the Workflow.
These fields are available on the Insert tab:

| Insert Matched Record | Click to select the check box to automatically insert matched records in the Common Customer Directory. |
| Insert Unmatched Record | Click to select the check box to automatically insert unmatched records into the Common Customer Directory. |
| Source System | Select a Source System from the menu. The Source System name is included in every record that is automatically inserted using the associated Batch Workflow. You can add more Source System names to this list by using the Source Systems tab of the System Settings screen. All candidates that D&B Integration Manager inserts into the Common Customer Directory have a Source System of either DNB Business or DNB Tradestyle. |
