Viewing the Match Profile Summary Report

The Match Profile Summary report displays a list of profiles for each record, comprised of the seven scores for Company Name, Street Number, Street Name, City Name/Zip Code, State/Province, PO Box Number, and Telephone Number. Upon Configuring a property (located in jboss.properties), SECONDARY_ADDRESS_GRADING_REQUIRED to YES, it will display the eighth score for Secondary Address. The Report is grouped by profile in Confidence Code order.

To run a Match Profile Summary Report:

  1. On the Home page window or the Navigation menu bar, click Reports.
  2. On the Reports window, IM Jobs tab, Show Workflow field, select All or a specific workflow.
  3. In the Status field, select a status – either All, Completed, Running, Paused, Resumed, or Stopped.

The jobs that meet the Workflow criteria display on the Job tab.

  1. In the Status field, select – Aborted, Completed, Running, Paused, Resumed, Stopped, or All to narrow the list of jobs by the status

The jobs that meet the Status criteria display on the IM Jobs or NLMI Jobs tab.

  1. Next to the job whose report you want to view, click the Report icon.

  1. On the Report Setup window, select Match Profile Summary, and then click View Report.

NOTE: You can select more than one type of report, and all the reports you selected display in the window that opens.

  1. Click Print to print the report.
  2. Click Download to save the report.
  3. Click Email to email the report to the address you specify.

The Match Profile Summary Report includes this information:

Heading:
JobThe ID of the batch job selected on the Job Status (Reports) tab.
WorkflowThe Workflow used for the selected batch job.
StartedThe date and time the batch job was started.
FinishedThe date and time the batch job was finished.
Table Column:
Match Data ProfileEach of the customer record elements (Company Name, Street Number, Street Name, City Name/Zip Code, State/Province, PO Box Number, Telephone Number, Secondary Address) is scored based on the comparison of the user’s input record with the candidate reference record in order to provide a reasonable measure of the similarity between the two records, thus helping to determine if it is a good match. The score is a value from 0 to 100 (100 being an exact match). If either the input record or candidate reference record contains no data or incomplete data, the score of -1 is displayed.
ConfConfidence Code assigned to the profile.
Record CountThe number of records associated with the profile.
Running TotalThe cumulative number of records.
Percentage of totalThe percentage of records associated with the profile.
Running PercentThe cumulative percentage of records associated with the profile.
