Viewing NLMI Job Status

The Job Status page displays a list of all Batch Jobs that are in progress or have been completed.

The following table lists the information included on the Job Status tab:

Field	Description
First	Click button to display jobs of the first page.
Previous	Click button to display jobs of the previous page.
Workflow	Click the drop-down arrow to select a Workflow. You can display the jobs for all Workflows or you can view jobs for the selected Workflow only.
Status	Click the drop-down arrow to select a status. You can display all jobs with any status, or you can display jobs that have only the selected status.
User	Click the drop-down arrow to select a user. You can display jobs for all users with shared Workflow or jobs for the selected user.
Jobs	Click the drop-down arrow to select number of jobs to be displayed. You can display all jobs or selected number of jobs.
Page	You can directly view the jobs of the desired page by entering the page number between 1 and total number of pages.
GO button	Once the user has selected all filter criteria , the page will be refreshed by clicking on .
Next	Click button to display jobs of the next page.
Last	Click button to display jobs of the last page.

The following table lists the information displayed about the jobs.

Field	Description
Checkbox	Click on to enable the delete button.
Status icon	Displays the status of the job. Sent for Remote Resolution and not yet completed. Running/Resume Completed Stopped Aborted Pause
Job	Displays the unique job number.
Workflow	Displays the name of the Workflow used for this job. Click on the Workflow name to view the Workflow in the Batch screen.
Result	Displays all the results associated with the job.
Started	Displays the date and time the job started.
Finished	Displays the date and time the job finished.
Pause/Resume	Displays the batch job status. Click on the check box of the job, and the pause button is enabled. See Pausing/Resuming Batch Jobs.
Processed	Displays the number of records that were processed.
Matched	Number of records matched.
Unmatched	Number of records unmatched.
Rejected	Number of records rejected.
Duplicated	Number of duplicate records.
Total	Displays the total number of records processed.
Input	Displays the name of the Customer Input table.
Custom Script Triggered	Displays whether the custom script has been triggered (if exist) or not.
Export Status	Displays the export status.
