Accessing D&B Integration Manager Match Reports

The Reports window displays a list of all D&B Integration Manager Batch Jobs that are in progress or have been completed.

The IM Jobs tab includes this information:

Field	Description
Show Workflow	Select a workflow from the list. You can display the jobs for all Workflows or you can view jobs only for the selected Workflow.
Status	Select a status — All, Completed, Running, Paused, Resumed, Stopped. You can display all jobs with any status, or you can display jobs that have only the selected status.
Report icon	Click the reports icon to open the Report Setup window where you can select the reports you want to view about this job — Statistics, Confidence Code Summary, Match Grade Summary, Match Profile Summary, and Match Grade Samples.
Status icon	Displays the status of the job. Sent for Remote Resolution and not yet completed. Running/Resume Completed Stopped Aborted Pause
Job	Displays the unique job number.
Workflow	Displays the name of the Workflow used for this job. Click the Workflow name to view the Workflow in the Batch screen.
Started	Displays the date and time the job started.
Finished	Displays the date and time the job finished.
Pause/Resume	Displays the batch job status. Click job check box to enable the pause button. See Pausing/Resuming Batch Jobs.
Processed	Number of records processed
Matched	Number of records matched
Unmatched	Number of records unmatched
Rejected	Number of records rejected
Duplicated	Number of duplicate records
Total	Displays the total number of records processed

Loading
