Viewing Logical Sites

When you perform a Lookup or a Batch Match, you can view the Logical Site of a matching candidate. A Logical Site is a group of records that share the same Logical Site ID. All records with the same D-U-N-S Number share the same Logical Site. You can insert matched and unmatched records into a logical site.

To view the Logical Site of a Lookup candidate:

  1. In the candidate list, click your selected candidate name to display the Logical Site data view.

Additional business entries, if associated with that Logical Site, will also be displayed in the Data View layout that you specified in the Workflow Mapping.

  1. Insert the record into the Logical Site.

To view the Logical Site of a D-U-N-S Number Lookup:

  1. In the candidate list displayed, click your selected candidate name to display the Logical Site data view.

If the record you clicked was retrieved remotely, you will be prompted to retrieve the records and store them locally. The following message appears: To view Logical Site data retrieved via Data Integration Toolkit, the data must be inserted into the Integration database. Proceed with Insert?

  1. Click OK.

The DITK server returns the data (Worldbase Marketing Plus with Linkage) for viewing. The records are now inserted locally.
