Viewing the Match Grade Summary Report

The Match Grade Summary report displays a statistical summary of the records found in the selected batch job, grouped by Match Grade.

To view a Match Grade Summary report for a job:

  1. On the Home page window or the Navigation menu bar, click Reports.
  2. On the Reports window, IM Jobs tab, Show Workflow field, select All or a specific workflow.
  3. In the Status field, select a status – either All, Completed, Running, Paused, Resumed, or Stopped.

The jobs that meet the Workflow criteria display on the Job tab.

  1. In the Status field, select – Aborted, Completed, Running, Paused, Resumed, Stopped, or All to narrow the list of jobs by the status

The jobs that meet the Status criteria display on the IM Jobs or NLMI Jobs tab.

  1. Next to the job whose report you want to view, click the Report icon.

  1. On the Report Setup window, select Match Grade Summary, and then click View Report.

NOTE: You can select more than one type of report, and all the reports you selected display in the window that opens.

  1. Click Print to print the report.
  2. Click Download to save the report.
  3. Click Email to email the report to the address you specify.

The Match Grade Summary Report includes this information:

JobThe ID of the batch job selected on the Reports window Job tab.
WorkflowThe Workflow used for the selected batch job.
StartedThe date and time the batch job was started.
FinishedThe date and time the batch job was finished.

A seven-character Match Grade string is associated with a record. The Match Grade string indicates the how similar each of the seven customer record elements, including Company Name, Street Number, Street Name, City Name/Zip Code, State/Province, PO Box Number, and Telephone Number is to the elements of the master reference record.

The outcome for comparing each field is A: Exact Match; B: Close Match; F: Failed Match; Z: No Match) results in the 7 character Match Grade string.

Upon configuring a property, located in jboss.properties, SECONDARY_ADDRESS_GRADING_REQUIRED to YES, Match Grade will be eight characters including Secondary Address.

ConfConfidence Code assigned to the Match Grade.
AccMatch percentage assigned to the Match Grade.
CntThe count of records associated with the Match Grade. For example, the number of records with a Match Grade of AAAAAZZ, which is a high quality match.
CumeThe cumulative count of records associated with the Match Grade.
FileThe percentage of records associated with the Match Grade.
CumeThe cumulative percentage of records associated with the Match Grade.
